Returns & exchanges

Returns follow the policy of the retail partner that fulfilled your order, since they hold the stock and process the refunds. The notes below describe what their policies usually look like.

The usual window

• Most partners accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Unused gear in the original packaging goes back without questions. Keep the box until you are sure the mat fits the room.
• Refunds land on the original payment method, typically within a few business days of the return arriving.

Heavy items

Tile multipacks, benches and the home gym machine are bulky return freight. Some partners arrange a carrier pickup, others expect a drop-off; a few deduct return shipping from the refund on oversized parcels. Check the listing return terms before you unpack a 100-pound box you may send back.

Wrong or damaged item

Missing tiles from a multipack, a torn vinyl cover or transit damage are on the partner to fix, usually with a replacement at no cost. Photograph the issue and open a claim from your order history; it is the fastest route.
