This site is the official BalanceFrom catalog, and the ordering itself happens with our retail partners. When you hit the availability button on a product page, you land in the partner checkout, and their logistics take over from there.

Short version: we curate and describe the gear; the partner packs and ships it. Delivery terms on the partner page are the ones that count.

Typical delivery windows

Standard delivery inside the continental US usually runs 2 to 5 business days.
Expedited options, where offered, cut that to 1 or 2 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may add a few days depending on the carrier.

Heavy and oversized items

Tile multipacks, folding mats, benches and the home gym machine ship as heavy parcels. Carriers may deliver them to the curb or driveway rather than the doorstep, and a large order can arrive as several boxes on different days. Count the boxes against the packing list before assuming anything is missing.

Tracking

Tracking numbers come from the partner by email after dispatch. Questions about a shipment in transit go to the partner support team; they see the parcel, we do not.

Unboxing note

EVA foam is vacuum-friendly cargo: tiles and mats can carry a faint factory smell out of the box and take a day or two to flatten fully at room temperature. Both are normal and both pass.
